Junior Olympic Swimming Pool
Our Jr. Olympic Pool is maintained for year 'round swimming. Our pool is professionally maintained and is the centerpiece for several community parties each year. The facility is complete with a bath-house, shower, lounges and tables with umbrellas.
Tennis Courts
Bring your rackets and practice or play on our two tenns courts. One court is striped for pickleball.
Gated Community
Misty Harbor is a gated community. Owners have quick, easy access by way of bar codes attached to their vehicles and additionally by numeric access codes. Guests can be provided with a 3-digit code by their host that will directly communicate with the host's home who will then remotely open the gate. Real estate professionals can purchase bar code stickers, while contractors and service companies are provided with exclusive numeric codes for access using the commercial gate located on Pelican Court.
Ward Island Pavilion, Ramp
& Fishing Pier
Located on Ward Island, the picnic pavilion, launch ramp and fishing dock are available for use by all Misty Harbor owners. Ward Island is a wonderful place to observe the peacefulness of the ever-changing tidal marsh. In the summer, you can watch dolphins play while wintertime brings the docile, giant manatees into our main channel to feed on the spartina grass. Rosette spoonbills, egrets, kingfishers, herons, and ibis frequently fish from the Island's oaks. A family of American Bald Eagles is often seen overhead.

Boat and RV
Storage Yard
Owners can park their Boats and Recreational vehicles in the eight acre, fenced Storage Yard. Water is available for rinsing off the salt spray from your day on the water.
